Terms of service
Last updated August 10, 2026
By using Haxobit, you agree to these terms. Read them — they are short and matter.
1. What Haxobit provides
Haxobit sells prepaid travel eSIM plans supplied by underlying network partners. Each plan includes a set data allowance, a validity period, and coverage in one or more countries. Details are shown at checkout.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase. Your phone must support eSIM (see our compatibility page). Your phone must not be locked to a carrier that prevents adding new eSIMs.
3. Delivery
eSIMs are delivered by email as a QR code plus manual activation string. Typical delivery is under a minute after payment. Delivery timing is best-effort — occasional delays happen when payment verification takes longer.
4. Validity
Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination. You may install the eSIM at any time before travel; the countdown only begins on first connection.
5. Data usage
Data usage is measured by the underlying carrier. Once the plan's allowance is exhausted, the eSIM stops working for data. You may purchase a top-up or a new plan at any time.
6. Refunds
See our refund policy. In short: plans that have not been activated are eligible for a full refund; plans that fail to activate through no fault of your device are refunded in full.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Haxobit eSIMs for:
- Illegal activity in the country of use.
- Commercial resale without written authorization.
- Bulk automated processes that would degrade service for other users.
8. Limitation of liability
Haxobit provides the service on an "as available" basis. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Haxobit is incorporated. Disputes are resolved under the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
